Within TotalEnergies EP Denmark, the Contracts-Purchasing entity is involved in purchasing, contracts and methods activities for Exploration & Production operations. 

The Contracts-Purchasing team supports the business needs of our subsidiary TotalEnergies EP Danmark from the expression of the need through to contract award, including market consultations, calls for tenders, commercial evaluations and internal approvals. 

Two positions are available within the Contracts-Purchasing entity: a first position with a start date in the 4th quarter of 2026 and a second position with a start date in the 1st quarter of 2027.

Actividades

Your main missions:

  • Participate in market consultation and contract award processes, from receipt of the business requirement through to contract execution.
  • Prepare tender documentation, contractual documents and award recommendations.
  • Analyse received bids, conduct commercial evaluations and compare costs.
  • Collaborate with Technical, HSE, Finance, Legal and Global Procurement teams as part of sourcing and tendering processes.
  • Participate in discussions with suppliers during pre-award and post-award phases, particularly on commercial and contractual aspects.
  • Contribute to Methods activities through the preparation of analyses, statistics, presentations and monitoring materials.

You will be directly involved in consultation processes, bid analysis and contract execution, working with a variety of stakeholders: Technical, HSE, Finance, Legal teams, suppliers and Headquarters in France. This position will allow you to develop a comprehensive understanding of purchasing and contract challenges in the energy sector, while contributing to key Methods activities for the team. 

Perfil del candidato

Graduate with a minimum Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Contracts-Purchasing or Logistics. 

You have at least one year of initial experience in Contracts-Purchasing. You have skills in:

  • preparation and management of calls for tenders;
  • technical and commercial analysis of bids;
  • cost analysis and comparison;
  • understanding of basic contractual terms and conditions.

You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly:

  • Excel;
  • PowerPoint;
  • Word.

Knowledge of SAP or Agora would be an asset. 

An English level of B2 to C1 is required. A French level of at least B2 is also required.
