Join the Finance team of TotalEnergies EP (Exploration & Production) Sarawak in Malaysia and contribute to financial management within an international, dynamic, and collaborative environment.

You will contribute to financial governance and cost management.

You will be responsible for monitoring general expenses and intercompany transactions.

You will support the production of reliable financial information for decision-making purposes.

Actividades

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual expenditure reports.
  • Monitoring G&A (General & Administrative), IT & Digital, and intercompany costs.
  • Analyzing variances between actual results, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Managing monthly cost allocations according to approved methodologies.
  • Participating in budgeting and financial forecasting exercises.
  • Ensuring the quality of financial closings in SAP.
  • Coordinating intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
  • Monitoring cost compliance with applicable financial requirements.
  • Contributing to the improvement of reporting processes and analytical tools.

Perfil del candidato

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree (minimum 5 years of higher education) in Finance, Management Control, Accounting, Audit, or a related field.
  • Experience in financial reporting or financial analysis.
  • Excel skills.
  • Good knowledge of SAP (finance and accounting module)
  • English proficiency at a minimum B2+/C1 level.
  • French proficiency at B2 level minimum.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Power BI or similar tools
  • Experience in audit firm or within a large international company.
  • Initial experience in corporate finance.
  • Knowledge of intercompany processes.
  • International experience.
