We are looking for an enthusiastic Financial Analyst to support the financial reporting activities of our Norwegian affiliate. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis and reporting within a dynamic and complex industry. 

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain and document the local Essbase application and help implement improvements. 
• Coordinate monthly closing activities and assist with financial reporting. 
• Perform monthly accrual calculations and follow-up OPEX, CAPEX, Price, Tax, etc. 
• Prepare reports and dashboards in Power BI. 
• Build financial models to support analysis and decision-making.

Expected qualifications:

• Master degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management
   

Technical skills:

• Ideally 1–2 years of relevant work experience (consulting, accounting, or similar roles are a plus)
• Work Approach: strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn, curious, proactive, and able to work well in a team, good organisational skills and attention to detail

Computing skills:

• Good knowledge of Excel, and eager to learn advanced functions
• Familiarity with ERP systems and BI tools. Power BI experience is an advantage, but training will be provided

Languages:

• English: level B2
• French: level B2
