Perfil del candidato

  • Business Administration or Management Engineering Master Degree, preferably focused in Finance or Accounting
  • Minimum 6 years experience in Finance with focus on Controlling (knowledge of the oil & gas industry is a plus)
  • Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken), French language is a plus
  • Excellent technical skills and demonstrated ability to master databases (excel) and ERP SAP system
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to identify and manage issues with diplomacy and proactive attitude
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Actividades

  • Liaise closely with assigned operational Departments to understand the activity and support the Management providing analysis on the main drivers
  • Actively support the Cost Control Coordinator during the preparation of the annual Budget, periodic closing forecasts, monthly accounting closure and monthly reporting packages
  • Ensure the correct recording of provisions at each accounting closure to recognize operational activities in the accounts
  • Ensure monthly, quarterly and yearly cost analysis variation, reporting and effectively communication to the stakeholders
  • Work in liaison with accounting team during month-end process, planning and execution of the incurred costs and revenues
  • Contribute in the preparation of the monthly, quarterly and yearly reports to send to HQ
  • Assure a periodic operating dashboard report to be provided to the different Budget holders in order to analyze and keep tracking of the cost evolution
  • Ensure the proper management of the Cost Accounting and allocation
  • Perform SOX Controls related to the cost control processes
  • Verify the correct allocation and availability of budget for invoices within the perimeter assigned
