To support the growth of TotalEnergies Gas and Power Belgium (TGPB), we are looking for a Sales Partner Specialist to strengthen our B2C and small B2B activities.
The Belgian energy market is evolving rapidly, driven by new technologies, changing regulations and rising customer expectations.
In this context, TotalEnergies Gas & Power Belgium contributes directly to the Group’s ambition to accelerate the energy transition and build a low-carbon future.
You will implement and steer the sales strategy across our partner ecosystem, working closely with inbound and outbound call centers, web comparison platforms and B2B2C partners. Your objective is clear: maximize sales performance while balancing acquisition, margin and customer retention.
Acting as the operational and commercial interface with our partners, you will coordinate initiatives, translate go-to-market plans into concrete actions and continuously improve sales results, service quality and customer satisfaction.
You will collaborate with marketing, product, training, quality and IT teams and support partners in Belgium and nearshore locations. Regular travel to Morocco (approx. 20%) is part of the role.
You will operate in a highly competitive market and contribute to the development of new services such as heating maintenance, insurance and energy transition solutions.

He/She is responsible for implementing and monitoring the Inbound, Outbound and partnership sales strategy for B2C and small B2B segments, and for all products & services proposed by the company with a focus on power and gas supply, heating maintenance and insurance.
He/she will work with a mix of online and offline partners to strengthen the company’s brand visibility and boost sales performance. The ideal candidate will manage existing relationships, and lead collaborative initiatives to deliver measurable results.

The sales partner specialist is responsible together with the team to drive the customer portfolio via our partnerships, with the best possible balance between sales targets to acquire new customers, commercial margin and customer retention and the cost related to that. The end responsibility lies within the scope of the Sales Partner Lead. The Sales Partner Specialist is also responsible to develop the partnerships, including setting goals and managing budgets.
DIfferent locations possible within and outside Belgium (Nearshore).
Regular travel to Marocco is necessary (20%).
