Mechanical or Electrical engineer (or equivalent) with minimum 20 years in O&M and 10 years of experience in the Offshore Wind Industry
An experience in an O&M transverse management position (Head of Operations, Operations or General manager of an Offshore Wind Farm). English (mandatory) and French (preferred).

Within the TotalEnergies' OneTech entity, the Convergence and Support department is looking for a Offshore Wind Operation & Maintenance SME M/F who will be responsible for developing and strengthening the expertise and the competencies in the specific field of Operations of Offshore Wind Assets to contribute to the fast-growing construction of the Company’ multi-energy activities.
The position is located in Paris area or in Pau (64), France.
In this context, you will define, support and ensure the robustness and integration of safe Operations, Maintenance and Logistics of Offshore Wind projects from origination to on-going operations.
You will also ensure the quality control of Field Operations engineering studies in the domain of offshore wind.
As an expert in offshore wind field operations, your main tasks will be to:
Contribute to the analysis of HSE performance in the operation of facilities as well as incidents and feedbacks sharing
Provide support to O&M leads in development studies, projects, operation in close coordination with the CL/Power
Participate in audits and technical reviews
Capitalize on the Return of Experience, consolidate benchmark (internal/external), manage technological/market watch
Define and manage the Technical Referential
Identify and prioritize innovative technologies or methodologies required to secure operational excellence on Offshore wind current and future operations and lead or contribute to related studies
Lead the network of Field Operations key players across the Company
Represent TotalEnergies in external events
