The affiliate is expanding its activities around the development of Block 58 (GranMorgu) and its imminent start to build up the activities around future production operations. In this context, the preparation and setup a team capable of preparing the conditions for the start of local operations will be a fundamental pillar of this expansion and future consolidation.
This is a resident position (based in Paramaribo) with frequent travel when required.
Actividades
HSE:
Contribute and reinforce the HSE policy of the affiliate on operated assets and ensures that the affiliate HSE objectives are achieved.
Promote and ensure that safety and environmental protection regulations and instructions are observed (HSE Culture).
Support the operational HSE reporting integrating that in the FOPS Management Tool.
Participate and contribute on different HSE initiatives (training, campaigns, etc.).
Production Support:
Participating on activities to setup production support in Suriname.
Implement, control and improve FOPS Management Tool.
Support activities related to integrate GranMorgu as part of the affiliate`s FOMS.
Contracts & Planning:
Support to setup onshore routine to manage the FPSO’s contracts.
Create specific dashboards and tools required to implement Integrated Operating Planning.
Generate monthly dashboards from FOPS Management Tool and NPDMS.
Facilities Integrity
Support setup of FOPS annual work program (production/maintenance/inspection/planned shutdowns).
Participate in field operations studies with the different entities involved.
Budget:
Support and participate in the preparation of operations budgets (IB and LTP’s) prior to final review.
Support and participate in the preparation of CPI and OPEX exercises.
Management System & Interfaces:
Contribute to the sustainability of the Field Operation Management System (FOMS).
Support organization of FOPS documents on SharePoint.
Contribute to the elaboration of the annual field operation objectives in terms of HSE, production and budget.
Participate in technical and operational analyses, audits and inspections are done in time and action plan defined and implemented.
Support with interfaces for new projects and developments in progress and ensures smooth integration in the FOPS activities.
Perfil del candidato
Education: BSc Engineering diploma (petroleum, chemistry, mechanical or mechatronics).
Professional experience: some previous experience as a trainee in the industry would be desirable.
Technical skills: knowledge in the area of industrial methods and processes, planning tools and/or processing equipment would be desirable.
Behaviour skills: Dynamism, openness, team spirit, multiculturalism.
Language skills: Native Surinamese speaker. English – Intermediate good level required able to write and follow meetings.
Digital: user of Microsoft Office pack, good knowledge of excel, notions of PowerBI and VBA programming.
As part of teamwork: contribute to setup and implement the tasks related to Field Operations roadmap in the affiliate.
Planning: Promote support for onshore and offshore interfaces and implementation of planning procedures.
HSE: Support with actions pertaining to division matters in order to respect the HSE policies & procedures.
Production: Support FOMS implementation and actions to guarantee the production planning.
Cost: Control the forecast and realization of budget in order to optimize OPEX and to achieve cost efficiency.
