ESS division for Saft strengthens the company's ability to serve the global energy storage market and to support the transition to renewable energy. 

 

Saft's Energy Storage Systems division is recruiting its Sales Manager. 

Actividades

Responsibilities:

- Provide support to sales/bid manager for complex project either contractually or operationally.

- In charge of Quality/Cost/Delay metrics of the project he/she is in charge.

- Anticipate, mitigate, follow-up risks.

- Manage and drive his/her company position in a Consortium.

- Manage and drive subcontractors.

- Source of proposals improving project KPIs.

- Report project progress and status using clear dashboard.

- Manage aspects of the serial life of the developed product, when customer impacts are found

 

Your missions :

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve booking objectivs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance with the CRM
  • Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.

Perfil del candidato

 

  • Master’s in Engineering 
  • 5-10 years in sales & marketing of technical products & solutions (complex solutions / turnkey projects' selling process) with utilities, IPPs, Developers, Financials or industrial 
  • Advanced knowledge of Grid and Renewable Energy (Markets, Challenges, Constraints, Regulation) – Energy Storage/PCS/ Energy Market (Capacity/Ancillary/Merchant) is a plus
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment: Hands-on mind-set, high energy, Opportunities hunter
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Be proactive: bring new ideas, initiatives 
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills 
  • Able to travel 50% of the time
