*Key Activities:

Sales order process:

- Communicating via phone, Zalo, Email with Customer/Distributor for orders and issues, invoices; confirm the schedule and arrival time of truck delivery

- Handling debt control, negative and pushing for settlement with Sales support and release orders.

- Taking of sales order full process: receiving order

- Discussing with customer for alternative cases

- Working with plant and logistics for processing, scheduling, delivering 

- Following up to remind order from customer.

- Following up order & delivery after working

Customer payment:

- Pre-dunning in some exceptional cases

- Reminding, following up payment and overdue

- Following up payment promise after unblocking order

- Updating payment status of overdue

Promotion:

- Following up promotion program launched by Sales and Marketing

- Working with Marketing, Plant and Logistics to delivery promotion gift to customer

Others:

- Calculating monthly discount of customers base on approved scheme

- Handling discount deduction exactly and legally. 

- Working with AR for booking deferred payment and specific cases

- Fulfill other tasks and/or assignments requested by the line managers whom the employee directly/indirectly reports to, and/or tasks requested by the board of management.

Perfil del candidato

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Business Marketing or equivalent.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Services or Sales Admin/Operations in multinational companies.

- SAP knowledge will be an advantage. 

- Fluent in Vietnamese & English.

- Good communication skills with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.

- Ability to work under high pressure while maintaining a customer-focused mindset. 

- Proficiency in computer skills and MS Office, especially in MS Excel.
