You will be reporting to TEPDK’s Communications Manager who is part of the wider Danish Communications & CSR Department which totals 15 dedicated colleagues divided between workplaces in Esbjerg and Copenhagen. The department is internationally diverse and provides a healthy and flexible working environment. This position is based in our Esbjerg office.

Your focus areas

As Communications Partner you will join our team to deliver an ambitious and busy communication agenda which supports TotalEnergies oil and gas operations in the Danish North Sea. As Partner, you will drive the strategic communications of your stakeholders to support the business priorities and multi-disciplinary communication activities for TEPDK. 

 

  • Point of contact for our Operations Teams and Development, Business and Joint Venture
  • Implements and adapts annual communication plans for these business areas, ensuring plans support TEPDK’s performance, strategic projects, and long-term vision 
  • Collaborates with the External Communications Team to identify stories and maximize external exposure linked to the business areas and its priorities 
  • Help identify potential reputational issues, proposing approaches and responses  
  • Drives offshore communications and engagement 
  • Contributes to the editorial plan, preparing relevant internal / external news content

Perfil del candidato

Your profile

You are creative, known for quality of work and attention to detail, combined with a personal drive and can-do attitude. In addition, you:

 

  • Hold a relevant degree in communications from a business school or a school of media and journalism 
  • Bring five+ years of experience working in stakeholder communications
  • Have worked in a large organization with multiple stakeholders, preferably with experience from the energy sector 
  • Possess organizational skills and the ability to interact with all types of stakeholders  
  • Bring proven project management experience  
  • Have excellent communication and English writing skills
