Design, propose, and execute marketing strategies to promote card products and drive sales, including the development of non-fuel revenue streams Implement, utilize and monitor card activities, track customer balances, analyse outstanding accounts, and develop actionable plans for debt collection.
Deliver exceptional customer service, proactively addressing requirements and resolving claims to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Collectively support the team to expertise the use of TemC+ to support the business.

Perfil del candidato
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or IT with at least two-years’ experience.
Experience in retail station operation is a plus.
Self-starter and driven, able to take initiatives towards continual improvement, and capture opportunities.
Good communication, and interpersonal skills in Khmer and English.
Good knowledge of informatics tools.
