Card activity is very essential for the development of network activity in a very competitive environment fueled by growth of Independents and technological advancement.
? Total Card faces stiff competition from other fuels card payments systems introduced by Vivo (Shell), Goil, Star, Allied and Engen and the banks.
? Quality and speedy delivery of service is critical to the success of card activity.
? TEMG therefore needs to position the Card as a unique competitive tool and tailor it to the needs of the customer through customization and speedy delivery of quality service.
Creation and customization of Total card in line with customer requests.
Co-ordinate with officer in charge to ensure customers receive the corresponding pin codes for new cards in a safe manner.
Prepare Blank Card follow-up Report and ensure adequate stock of blank cards at all times.
Revalidate blacklist, block, transfer and replace customer cards as may be requested and approved.
Ensure all orders and requests are taken through the appropriate approval procedure before action.
Daily reconciliation with Tomcard Invoicing to ensure that all card transactions are properly invoiced..
All approved orders to be loaded by close of business each day and customers informed of loading immediately.
Maintain an updated record of all supporting documents of all Card orders from both existing and new customers.
Liaise with Front Desk Team and ensure that card collection is well documented and in line with procedures.
Commitment to answering all customer enquiries complaints, etc .in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure high customer service standards and effective handling of customer enquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
Monthly reporting on key operational and sales statistics as may be required from time to time.
Any other duties as may be assigned by the Card& E-Business Manager from time to time.
A good first degree holder preferably in Marketing, Economics, Accounting, Statistics or its equivalent.
Computer literacy.
Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
