Context & Environment

The GRP (Gas, Renewables & Power) division encompasses TotalEnergies’ activities in the fields of gas, electricity, and renewable energy. It drives the Company’s ambitions in low-carbon businesses as well as in energy efficiency.

The HR division of TotalEnergies’ GRP business unit is seeking a resource to support activities related to HR tools. These activities include, in particular, the deployment of HR tools for the Business Unit and the Company (e.g., Usercube for Identity, SAP HR for Core HR, Talentsoft for Training, Avature for Recruitment and Mobility, etc.) as well as support and assistance for HR users within the Business Unit.


Activities

As a Junior HRIS Analyst (M/F), your responsibilities will include : 

✓ Participating in projects to deploy and integrate subsidiaries/entities into HR systems

✓ Leading change initiatives at our subsidiaries by defining and monitoring support measures.

✓ Collaborating with all HR functions to continuously improve the quality of HR data.

✓ Providing support to HR users across the division: monitoring and managing access permissions, support requests, and system updates

✓ Coordinating and overseeing HRIS support services for the user network (headquarters & subsidiaries).

✓ Participating in cross-functional projects led by the division’s HR team (Talent Review Process, generic career paths

✓ Configuring Copilot/AI agents to facilitate process adoption and support HR campaigns

Candidate Profile

Have you recently earned a master’s degree in the digital field ? Kickstart your career with a stimulating experience working alongside international teams dedicated to the energy transition!

We are seeking a Junior HRIS Analyst (M/F) for a 12-month contract starting in September 2026.

Are you comfortable with office software and familiar with the Microsoft Office suite? You will primarily use Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Are independence, attention to detail, and teamwork integral to your strengths?

Previous experience with Power BI would be a plus.

Strong writing skills and fluency in English are essential for this role.

We are offering a 12-month full-time professional training contract (100% on-the-job training) that includes a training component (job-specific, language, tools, etc.). These training sessions are provided in-house by organizations selected by TotalEnergies.

This contract will allow you to gain a year of professional experience while being trained in the specifics of your role as it relates to the Company’s activities. A real asset to boost your employability!
