  • Scope covering the Americas region, including:
    Caribbean (Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Guadeloupe, Martinique), Central and South America, as well as selected overseas territories (Mayotte, New Caledonia)

Key Responsibilities

  • Consolidate monthly HSE reports across the EOMC BU
  • Prepare and distribute reports and presentations
  • Consolidate cross-functional reporting (Societal, Environmental, CR404, etc.)
  • Collect, validate, and anticipate inputs from subsidiaries
  • Support subsidiaries in structuring and presenting data
  • Provide ad hoc reporting to headquarters
  • Cascade directives, alerts, and regulatory updates
  • Support implementation of Group HSE standards
  • Contribute to emergency preparedness and crisis response
  • Support societal initiatives
  • Participate in HSE trainings and events
  • Coordinate contractor inspections
  • Contribute to AME Head Office HSE programs

Candidate Profile

🎓 Education

  • Engineering degree, a specialization in HSE would be appreciated


💡 Key soft skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong autonomy and sense of ownership
  • Natural leadership and ability to engage stakeholders
  • Comfortable interacting with diverse stakeholders (from operations to management)
  • High adaptability in a multicultural and multi-site environment


🛠️ Technical skills

  • Advanced Excel skills mandatory
  • Strong command of Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
  • Power BI highly expected
  • Ability to quickly deliver data-driven insights and high-impact presentations


🌍 Languages

  • English: B2/C1 level
  • French: B2/C1 level
  • Spanish is a plus or willingness to learn
