Activities

🚀 What You’ll Do

🔗 Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management

  • Support and execute sourcing strategies for complex, high‑value services, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders.
  • Identify, qualify, evaluate, and engage suppliers based on capability, pricing, risk, and performance.
  • Interview suppliers and assess service offerings to ensure alignment with project and business needs.

📑 Contracting & Procurement Execution

  • Manage RFQs and RFPs, supplier responses, evaluations, and agreements.
  • Issue and maintain purchase orders and service agreements, including pricing updates, invoice discrepancies, and revisions.
  • Ensure all contracts and purchase orders comply with internal policies and procedures.

⚙️ Project & Post‑Award Support

  • Play a tactical role in planning, scheduling, and coordinating procurement activities to align with project schedules.
  • Manage post‑award supplier activities including claims, settlements, disputes, expediting, and close‑out.
  • Track, revise, and close project purchase orders through completion.

💰 Cost Optimization & Risk Management

  • Drive cost savings through negotiations, consolidation of contract requests, and supplier optimization.
  • Apply risk management principles to develop and execute effective category strategies.
  • Proactively identify procurement risks and propose mitigation plans.

📈 Continuous Improvement & Collaboration

  • Use market intelligence and commodity knowledge to anticipate sourcing challenges.
  • Contribute ideas and methods to improve procurement efficiency and functional performance.
  • Support waste elimination across the value chain through smarter sourcing practices.

Candidate Profile

? What You Bring

✅ Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of procurement experience.
  • Broad experience across procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, contracting, and supplier management.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across central and regional teams.
  • Proven success managing deadlines and priorities in a project‑driven organization.

🌟 Preferred Experience

  • Exposure to solar photovoltaic or renewable energy projects.
  • Experience working with general construction service providers.
  • Understanding of the construction project lifecycle, including procurement timing and execution.
  • Basic knowledge of construction project accounting (cost codes, cash flow, accruals, budgeting).
