Context & Environment

- Regular visits to customers to provide marketing, sales and technical assistance.
- Monitor and control the credit limits of customers and to propose for revision of new credit limit
- Monitor and keep updated on the market and key competitors’ activities and developments.
- Establishing contact and building relationships with prospects; recommending solutions to develop new customers.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
- Ensure all requirements / orders from customers are met by internal departments.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- To update and maintain SALSA as required and to adhere to the company internal policy and procedure
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
Activities

- Ensure sales volume is achieved while meeting the GMVC budgets
- Ensure collection target is achieved.
- Ensure development and maintenance of customer relationship
- Establish new customer to ensure continued growth of market share.
- Ensure the information of the competitors ‘activities and developments received are being communicated
- Ensure all customers are well informed and work within our HSEQ requirements.
Candidate Profile
-
- Preferably Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing and related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales.
- Passion in selling and desire to deliver result
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skill
- Self-motivated and ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
- Proficient in MS Office, email and internet technology
- Required language(s): Malaysian languages
