TotalEnergies Denmark is offering a VIE assignment within the Performance & Digital Transformation team, based in Esbjerg. 


As a Digital Product Coordinator, you will directly contribute to accelerating the digital transformation of a dynamic, multicultural, and fast‑evolving offshore subsidiary. 


🎯 About the Department 

The department brings together several strategic areas of expertise for the affiliate: Performance management and Business Intelligence tools Innovation, opportunity identification, and experimentation The Data Management team, ensuring data quality and governance The Digital team, responsible for deploying digital solutions and supporting users 


🚀 Mission of the Digital Team 

The digital team operates with a triple ambition: 


- Deploy the digital roadmap of the company and the Danish affiliate → Implementation, support, and adoption of digital solutions delivered by headquarters or developed locally. 

- Identify and develop new digital use cases → Listening to the field, understanding operational needs, and contributing to the development of locally prototyped MVPs. 

- Support operational transformation offshore → Deployment of industrial mobility solutions (tablets, apps), IoT, industrial 3D printing, etc.


📌 Main Responsibilities 

1. Deployment of Industrial Mobility Solutions 

Provide local user support (in addition to central support) 

Understand the specificities of offshore sites and support user adoption 

Coordinate new deployments under the Digital Program Manager → Geographical deployments: new assets

Functional deployments: new applications, integration into existing operational processes, change management 

Take part in offshore missions to support early adoption phases 

Report improvement needs and new use cases to central teams 


2. Internet of Things (IoT) – Local Focal Point 

Act as the main point of contact for the TEPDK IoT roadmap 

Coordinate the development of new use cases 

Lead projects with IT, Telecom, Maintenance teams, and internal clients 

Collaborate with the offshore contractor based in India 


3. Innovation Engagement 

Promote digital initiatives within the affiliate 

Coordinate internal events and innovation‑related competitions 

Inspire, engage, and maintain a creative and collaborative dynamic locally 


4. Additional Responsibilities (Depending on Interests) 

Serve as Product Owner for digital solutions developed locally by the technical pool 

Support change management on major affiliate projects, such as: SAP replacement, Cognite deployment 

Opportunity to complete Lean certification training (Yellow Belt)

Candidate Profile

Expected qualifications:

  • Engineering degree in Computer Sciences


Technical skills:

  • Strong interest in digital and data
  • Ideally previous engineering experience but at least strong digital & product culture
  • User and customer oriented and curiosity
  • Basic knowledge in product management and change management


Computing skills:

  • Be comfortable with computer tools in general
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Knowledge of Power apps is a plus


Languages:

  • English: level C1
  • French: level B2
  • Danish : is a plus
