What you'll do 

  • Responsible for the full recruitment cycle for the RC Branch (TEPRI & TEAS) in the US.
  • Maintain relationships with higher education institutional partners and meet with potential new partners.
  • Function as primary contact for university relations for institutions that pertain to RC Branch (TEPRI & TEAS).
  • Function as primary contract for university relations & Intern/Trainee /Graduate Program for the RC Branch (TEPRI & TEAS) & other affiliates.

Activities

Talent Acquisition:

  • Perform recruitment cycle to source the most qualified candidates, reduce time to fill openings, and impact future employee retention.
  • Continuously create and maintain contacts and leads throughout the industry through technology-based social networking, external meetings, and events.
  • Interview, phone screen and assess prospective candidates utilizing behavioral-based interview techniques.
  • Develop recruiting strategies for all positions, including selection of strategic sources.
  • Responsible for the weekly recruiting report in coordination with the RC Entities (TEPRI & TEAS).
  • Responsible for hiring process for all job classifications from requisition to hire for the RC Branch in the US.
  • Back up to the other Talent Acquisition & University Relations Partner.

 

University Relation Activities & Internship/Trainee Program:

  • Own full life-cycle recruitment for internships/trainees for the RC Branch, including building the talent pipeline, screening, on-site interviews, and offers while building positive candidate relationships.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and execute on the strategy, development and execution of the campus and conference program.
  • Build, maintain and foster relationships with target universities, professors, administration, and student organizations.
  • Serve as a consultant for the business to advise on their internship hiring needs at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
  • Manage the planning and execution of strategic events to build and strengthen our brand on campus and at conferences.
  • Design and facilitate summer internship experience from orientation to full-time candidate conversion including activities, check-in’s, mid-point presentations, and final presentations.

Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of strong HR experience including 1-2 yrs experience in University Relations and Talent Acquisition.
  • Bachelor degree required; a focus in the Human Resource field a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), ATS and HRIS applications experience such as Avature and Handshake.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple cases and projects of moderate complexity.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal are required in order to effectively interface across all levels of the organization & with external parties.
  • Should be self-motivated and able to dive into projects with limited direction, must be flexible and able to work in a constantly changing environment while maintaining a high-level of customer service & responsibility.
