Context & Environment

  • The position activities will be performed in close collaboration and coordination with the Partner Engagement Manager and the Project Management Team. 
  • The job holder will play an essential role in ensuring the project team is kept fully aware, and deadlines are met, for all Concessionaire related meetings and questions.

Activities

  • Ensure the efficient management of all communication to Concessionaires ensuring that all communication protocols are followed;
  • Use of chosen corporate application for document management, transfer, and communications with Concessionaires;
  • Collate and coordinate the prompt and efficient response to Concessionaire questions;
  • Maintain records for all special purpose entities and Unitized Unit Operating Committee;
  • Assist Partner Engagement Manager with the arrangements for Operating Committee Meeting and Sub-committees;
  • Maintain list of Operating Committee and Sub-committee members and their alternates;
  • Maintain project calendar of all Operating Committee and Sub-committee meetings;
  • Support Project Governance activities as required;
  • Promote and demonstrate an exemplary behaviour with regard to HSSE rules & requirements, with regards to the Company Ethics and “Code of Conduct” policy and for implementing and controlling these rules and requirements within the said area of responsibility.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, law or similar;
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in major projects, corporations, banking and other industry with complex document management;
  • Major Oil and Gas project developments knowledge and experience will be an advantage;
  • Excellent organizational ability, commitment to meeting deadlines and strong communication skills; 
  • Requires team spirit with ability to work closely with various stakeholders including but not limited to diverse international teams both internally and externally;
  • Experienced and proficient with Microsoft Office software, SharePoint. Knowledge of Omega 365 tools a plus;
  • Fluent in Portuguese. English and French language skills will assist performance.
