Join our affiliate TotalEnergies Petrochemicals & Refining Belgium based in Brussels !

TotalEnergies is launching a large-scale project to visualize the health of critical safety barriers.
The Refining & Chemicals (R&C) branch is fully engaged in this initiative, which will be deployed primarily during 2026 and 2027.

To support the implementation of this project, the Major Risks Coordinator for the R&C branch is seeking a VIE to assist with the following missions :

  • Explain the methods to be deployed to industrial sites within the R&C branch.
  • Analyze site risk studies to extract insights and test the applicability of the methods.
  • Prepare data in specific formats and assist sites in updating their critical barriers register.
  • Act as a liaison between project teams and industrial sites.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely reporting.
  • Test digital tools and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Ensure alignment with the process for updating the major risks register of the R&C branch.

Candidate Profile

Education

  • Engineering degree in Process Engineering 


Technical Knowledge

  • Solid knowledge and/or initial experience in process engineering and process safety methods
  • Understanding of technological risk management and interest in data processing and digital tools
  • Ability to analyze and manage technological and industrial risks


IT Skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
  • Knowledge of Power BI
  • Knowledge of Power Apps would be a plus


Languages

  • English: B2/C1 level
  • French: B2/C1 level
  • Dutch would be a plus
