Context & Environment

Operates within a very keen competitive market involving more than 140 OMC’s. Two major competitor are VIVO and Goil.

Activities

Supervise the Dealers and report to the Area Manager. Ensures set Targets for Safety, Volumes and Credit are met. Achieve DSO of 7DAYS.

ln collaboration with Engineering and Logistics Department, ensure constant and regular availability of product at station at all times. Reports promptly on product shortages, Iosses and defective equipment or unsafe operating conditions at station for prompt remedial. Report on maintenance issues regarding all appliances at the station.

Monitor and assist dealers in ensuring that set targets are met and exceeded. Ensure daily and accurate lodgement to company of daily sales

Ensure prompt preparation on a monthly basis of stations [a] Sales Report [b] Stock control [c] Risk Assessment[d] Appearance Survey Prepare profit and loss statement for the dealers i.e. TEMPO.

Ensure reconciliation of both Dealers and customer accounts on a monthly basis. Have SAP statements confirmed and signed monthly. Report promptly to management any competitor activity in the area

Develop the Shop, Food and Services activity in the area. Animate Station to ensure active selling at all times

Motivate dealers and their staff to reach adequate safety and Top service culture.

Candidate Profile

A  Good First degree ( Minimum of 2nd Class Upper) holder preferably in Economics, Accounting, Marketing or its equivalent.

Computer literate. Possess good interpersonal relationships, communication and analytical skills.
