TotalEnergies' Lubmarine entity specialises in lubricants and technical services for the global maritime industry. A central team based in Paris provides technical support to Marine Lubrication Engineers (MLEs) located around the world and working closely with our customers.

The job is based in BELGIUM near the Dutch border where you will have to work with its technical mentor who has been in his position for several years as MLE. Worldwide, the MLEs in all areas are technically supported by the TotalEnergies Lubrifiants central team based in Paris. Regional coordination for the WEST zone is provided by one of the MLEs in the zone, who will also play a role in supporting you in the field.

After 12 months in Belgium, you may be repositioned in another country of EU for another 12 months maximum (duration imposed by the VIE contract).

Here the main missions :

• Technical follow-up of customer vessels
• Promotion and execution of Lubmarine’s paid technical services
• Participation in the service tests organized by the Lubmarine Central Marine Technical Team (TIP/HM/MP)
• On-demand technical support for power plants.

Expected qualifications:

• Generalist engineering degree in electromechanics or mechanics

Technical skills:

• Knowledge of mechanics and naval engineering is highly valued
• Good communication skills

Languages:

• English: level B2/C1
• French: level C1
• Greek would be a plus
