Context & Environment

We have a new opportunity for an Account Manager who is directly responsible for the daily servicing and relationship management of either a large blue chip/Public Sector customer or a multi customer portfolio.
 
This position is responsible for the execution and delivery of customer contracts, invoicing and service delivery to major organisations. 


This role is offered as a 12 month FTC opportunity.


Activities

You'll have experience in a customer service environment, together with excellent communication skills, both written and verbally and the ability to communicate at all levels.

  • Experience in managing relationships
  • High level of accuracy / attention to detail dealing with complex data
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages, in particular Excel

Candidate Profile

The role includes, but is not limited to:

  • Full ownership and accountability for the monthly delivery of TotalEnergies product (an invoice) for those high value customers or TPI’s assigned to you
  • End to end management of the invoicing process on highly complex products, ensuring the output ‘an invoice’ is to the highest level of accuracy
  • Ensure invoices are delivered in a timely and effective manner maximising the likelihood of payment
  • To build and maintain strong working relationships with a key focus on customer experience within your portfolio of customers, clearly understanding how their business works, what they need from us and how we can deliver for them
  • Attend face to face meetings with customers either individually or as part of larger group
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure customers’ bespoke requirements are firstly understood and then surpassed
  • Liaise closely with relevant sales manager to ensure new customer requirements are established and set up prior to contract start date
  • Support sales manager in retaining our customers, both through evidence of service delivery and customer experience but also attending tender meetings where the bespoke servicing offering is clearly presented
  • Deliver monthly MI to your customers and line managers which reflects TotalEnergies performance in particular where customers have bespoke Service Level agreements which may include penalties to TotalEnergies
  • Manage and resolve both internally and externally raised queries that are raised for customers in your portfolio efficiently. This includes management and progression of queries assigned across the business.
  • Being the ‘Voice of the customer’ across the business ensuring that everyone is working toward the common aim of ‘Excellent Customer Experience’
  • Manage all complaints and escalations received from your customers to a mutually satisfactory conclusion whilst mitigating any risks to TotalEnergies
  • Continually identifying improvements to our service delivery, be it through changing customer requirements, process, system enhancements or staff training and development
  • Understand and exceed monthly KPI’s across key metrics such as query management, unbilled, cancel and re-bill and customer satisfaction 
  • Continually be aware of all H&S element of your role both in the office environment and externally with our customers in relation to the supply.
