The proposed mission encompasses strategic planning and coordination responsibilities, ensuring alignment of the Tierra del Fuego Asset work plan across the affiliate and providing key inputs for corporate exercises and communication to external stakeholders. 

As a Planning & Performance Engineer, your main tasks will be as follows : 

  • Consolidate a comprehensive cross functional view of all Asset activities within a mid/long-term period. Activities shall include those related to development studies, non-routine large maintenance and inspections, large PDMs, HSE / Integrity action items, contractual and regulatory matters, and projects;
  • Be responsible for the 24-month integrated operating planning exercise (IOP24MLA). Coordinate and validate a 24-month integrated plan to allow for the proper management of the mid/long-term activities of the asset, ensuring proper communication of the activities between all entities, ensuring SIMOPS operations are taken into account. Validation shall take place at Asset Level, followed by an MD review and approval. Be the focal point within the Asset for the 4-month integrated operating planning exercise (IOP4MLA);
  • Follow up project, maintenance and inspection activities to guarantee their correct execution (planning and cost expenditures versus Budget). Prepare and present to affiliate's management a cost overrun dossier to revalidate project/activity execution when actual expenditures are exceeding approved budget; 
  • Participate in Corporate Exercises at an Asset level (i.e., Long Term Plan, Budget, Prime, Reserves Certifications) with respective Métiers and with the Asset "Strategy, Development and Planning" team; 
  • Consolidate and coordinate technical answers given to authorities and/or Partners with respective Métiers and with BD/ASO, in topics related to the execution of projects and maintenance/inspection related activities (TCMs, ad-hoc reports and inquiries, etc); 
  • Participate in the communication of studies and operations within Total Austral, the Company and with Partners.

Candidate Profile

Expected qualifications:
  • Engineering Master Degree 


Technical skills and softskills :

  • A first experience in project planning, execution or monitoring is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively under pressure


Computing skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools, particularly in Excel and Powerpoint


Languages:

  • English: B2/C1 level
  • Spanish: B2/C1 level
  • French: B2 level
