Activities

The Crude Oil Transport & Logistics Contract Administrator ensures the efficient, compliant, and strategic transportation of crude oil from production fields to the refinery via pipeline infrastructure. This role acts as a key liaison between commercial teams, JV partners, and field operations, supporting the execution of transport and logistics contracts and ensuring alignment with operational and strategic goals. The role ensures the effective implementation of the long-term transportation and logistics contract  and acts as a liaison between commercial teams, JV partners, and field operations.

The Job Holder is responsible for ensuring seamless coordination and communication among JV partners, particularly in downstream matters. 

HSE

  • Promote and enforce HSE and quality policies across JV partners and internal teams.
  • Drive initiatives to meet HSE objectives and foster a culture of safety and environmental awareness.

Contract management 

  • Serve as the JV referent for the implementation of the Logistic Service Agreement (LSA) and Lifting Agreement for LPG/Sulfur.
  • Ensure compliance with Antitrust regulations and maintain required firewalls.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of long-term crude oil transportation agreements.
  • Resolve operational conflicts and ensure fair treatment under contractual terms.

 JV Coordination & Communication:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between JV partners, ENI, and SOM for downstream matters.
  • Coordinate JV meetings and ensure alignment on production profiles, lifting schedules, and operational plans.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication of crude oil sales, lifting nominations, and cargo sequencing.
  • Support JV commercial teams in dealings with customs agents and port authorities.

Operational Oversight:

  • Monitor crude oil quality, quantity, losses, and transportability parameters.
  • Manage tank stock levels and discrepancies at ENI’s refinery.
  • Oversee the Material Balance across the supply chain and confirm marine lifting ownership.
  • Handle gate variation requests and ensure timely updates to stakeholders.

JV Referent Duties:

  • Act on behalf of the JV to ensure fair treatment and operational continuity.
  • Manage deviations from lifting schedules and resolve conflicts.
  • Coordinate pooled entitlements and facilitate negotiations in case of lifting failures.
  • Ensure compliance with Antitrust rules and impartiality among JV parties

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Engineering, Economics, Logistics or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector, preferably within JV environments
  • Knowledge of transportation contracts, lifting agreements, and Antitrust regulations
  • Expertise in HSE practices and operational management (stock, balances, crude oil quality/quantity)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactive, accurate, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in English (C1 level); French is a plus
