Context & Environment

Under the responsibility of the maintenance supervisor, the maintenance technician carries out corrective and preventive maintenance of equipment, whether on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic or automation aspects in compliance with quality, safety, cost, environmental and deadline standards. He/she participates in the continuous improvement of equipment, preventive plans and organization in general.

Working hours: Permanent night (Monday to Thursday 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. and Friday 7 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.)

Activities

Your missions

  • Working in safety by wearing personal protective equipment 
  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of the plant's equipment and installations in compliance respecting safety, cost, time and quality standards
  • Organize your interventions: 
    • take note of the instructions and any problems encountered by the previous team
    • Check the tools available (check the nominal condition) and stock up accordingly. Know how to react in the event of non-conformity by using the procedures list
  • Control the conformity of its interventions, ensure the proper functioning of the machines after intervention and report any anomalies: know the associated reaction mode and implement it in order to reduce the impact on current production.        
  • Trace all partial or permanent modifications to be made, including the technical documentation following the intervention. Update the software and/or paper documentation following the intervention.
  • Fill in each of the interventions in the CMMS tool.    
  • Participate in the research and implementation of solutions to replace obsolescent sub-assemblies and/or sub-assemblies with an excessive failure rate or a safety risk.
  • Participate in the production of new equipment, in relation to production, industrialization, processes and quality.
  • Maintain the available tooling and maintain the production environment in nominal condition (cleaning, 5S, etc.). Sort and dispose of waste generated at the workstation or intervention in accordance with the rules in force.
  • Communicate with the various maintenance stakeholders. Report to your hierarchy any blockage that does not allow you to meet safety, quality, cost and deadline standards. Participate in meetings and associated routines.

Candidate Profile

Trainning : Studies in the field of maintenance required 

Skills: 

  • Know the quality, safety, environmental standards and the associated reaction methods
  • Technical knowledge in mechanics, electricity, automation, robotics desired
  • Know how to read a plan and/or a technical, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic diagram, etc
  • Know how to carry out a diagnosis/pre-diagnosis of malfunctions on machines
