At the heart of a centralized system in an international context, you will work in a HUB responsible for Austria, Hungary and South-Eastern Europe, with offices in Vienna, Budapest and Belgrade. We offer a friendly and modern work environment with a strong team that supports newcomers.

You will develop the business through personal visits and cold calling, managing the customer base of large and medium-sized transport and freight companies in Western Austria (Upper Austria, Salzburg, Tyrol, Vorarlberg), South Tyrol and German-speaking Switzerland. Your main tasks will be:
• Acquisition and development of a customer portfolio
• Identification and generation of business contacts through research and personal contacts
• Qualification of leads to prospects through visits and cold calls
• Conducting sales talks during sales visits, phone or video calls
• Implementing measures to generate new business with existing customers through upselling campaigns
• Building and maintaining a relationship of trust with the customer
• Creating and recording visits and results with CRM Salesforce
• Processing and managing customer contracts
• Supporting the after-sales team with customer onboarding and problem solving
• Handling and resolving customer inquiries
• Introducing communication measures (new services, new service stations, etc.)
• Managing credit risks and collecting overdue amounts
• Working with and supporting colleagues from the credit, customer service and finance departments to achieve common goals
• Participating in training and developing relevant knowledge and skills
• Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets in line with established objectives
• Providing relevant market, competitive, and customer information to the sales manager
