Activities

As Internal Content Producer, you will shape how we communicate across our global trading operations in Geneva, Paris, Houston, and Singapore. You will be the storyteller behind our trading activities (Oil, Gas & Power), connecting people and amplifying our business success stories.

The Purpose:

The role of Internal Communication Producer will have an impact on all employees and will play a pivotal role within the organisation: 

  • To ensure that all employees receive, understand and implement the key messages and commit to the strategy;
  • Disseminate information to all employees at all levels on a diverse range of subjects;
  • Contribute to the development of the Trading internal communication strategy including the implementation of communications to support critical campaigns covering safety, cost culture and Total Values. 

  

What you will do:

The Internal Content Producer is a part of the mutualized internal communication team based in Geneva and contributes to the department objectives, meaning:

•              Identify and propose subjects about business to be communicated (about market trends, new business, …) 

•              Create compelling content (articles, videos, data visualization) about our trading activities and people;

•              Lead our internal digital platforms (Intranet, monthly Newsletter, etc.);

•              Partner with management to craft impactful communications;

•              Support key internal events and strategic communication projects;

•              Drive awareness of Trading activities within TotalEnergies.

•              Ensure the communication material (such as presentation during seminars, conferences, or business review) is in line with the graphical chart and up to date in terms of contents.

Candidate Profile

  • You hold a Master Degree’s in communication and have a  professional background in the field
  • You have 6 to 8 years of experience in communication, with a proven track record of communication plans, creating and implementing internal communication strategies.
  • You are solution and results orientated with a curious and inquisitive nature.
  • Excellent influencing skills, with the ability to drive change and champion projects affecting the entire internal audience. Knowledge of editorial and events management is required.
  • Good organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Perfect command of oral and written English and French
