Activities

Reporting to SAFT’s Corporate Operational Excellence Director, you will contribute to the definition and implementation of the SAFT operational excellence system roadmap. 
In particular, you will define and improve the flows on all SAFT sites around the world for actual and new sites. 
You will assess and improve the performance of the organization and help sites defining their operational roadmap.
You will analyze current practices and develop improvements and/or changes in different flows, processes, and organizations to ensure the continuous improvement of SAFT’s performance.
You will deploy the Lean culture and the new standards of the organization.

As such, your tasks will include the following: 

- Analyze the performance and level of maturity of different sites and propose improvement projects with a particular focus on flows and the supply chain

- Support site Lean experts in identifying opportunities, defining, and managing improvement projects (VSM, Hoshin, TPM, SMED, etc.)

- Develop standards for robust performance management

- Develop a Gemba culture and standards

- Develop a Lean network including training, sharing best practices, etc.

- Standardize Lean processes and practices

- Contribute to digitalization and process automation















Candidate Profile

With an engineering degree or equivalent, you have at least 10 years of experience in implementing and leading Lean Manufacturing in an industrial environment, particularly in the automotive sector.

You have gained significant experience in flow management and optimization as well as supply chain management. 

You are certified Lean manufacturing Black Belt and speak fluent English.
