Activities

Join our affiliate TotalEnergies Marketing Namibia based in Windhoek !

As HSE Coordinator, you will play a key role in risk prevention, regulatory compliance, and promoting a strong HSE culture across our logistics, B2B, and retail sites.

Your priority when you join the team will be to assist the HSE Manager in preparing the MAESTRO audit that we will start in June 2026.

 Your other responsabilities will be helping the HSE Manager in:

  • Deploying HSE policies in line with TotalEnergies Group standards
  • Coordinating audits (next one to come is MAESTRO in June 2026), inspections, and action plans (ISO 14001, ONE MAESTRO, MAESTRO LOG…) 
  • Monitoring performance indicators (KPIs) and HSE tools: RAMSES, INTELEX, COMPLYWORKS, IZI Safety
  • Training and supporitng local teams on HSE best practices
  • Managing incidents, conducting risk analysis (HIRA), and organizing emergency drills
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of the HSE management system

Fields trips : once a month to various sites in Namibia (driving licence is therefore mandatory)

Candidate Profile

Expected profile :

  • Msc or Engineering degree in HSE
  • Knowledge of HSEQ systems and applicable legislation
  • Proficiency in HSE reporting and analysis tools

 

Technical skills: 

  • Project management
  • Data analysis
  • Technical writing
  • Organization
  • Communication 

Computing skills:

  • Knowledge of Pack Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel, Powerpoint

Languages:

  • English: level C1
  • French: level B2
