Activities

Join our affiliate TotalEnergies EP Denmark based in Esbjerg !

TotalEnergies Exploration and Production in Denmark (TEPDK) is a subsidiary of TotalEnergies, operating major offshore platforms in the North Sea. The company is based in Esbjerg, Denmark.

The digital teams at TEPDK have established a strong reputation for advanced data exploration, proof-of-concept development, and creating functional prototypes of innovative digital solutions.

As part of a series of projects associated with Drilling and Wells, we offer this VIE position as a Full Stack Developer. The digital team have developed an internal application with a strong internal usage. Operational teams rely on it for decision-making. You will work closely with the product owner and end users. There is a robust roadmap to develop the application further and to build other new applications all together.

This mission is based in Esbjerg, Denmark; where TotalEnergies Denmark has its operational offices for the Danish North Sea, where the oil and gas platforms are located.

This position will include:

• Maintaining the front end and back end of existing solutions (Python, ReactJS)

• Realizing regular UX improvements, additions or developments of modules or use cases.

• Developing and deploying new solutions, in proof-of-concept mode, or in full-run mode. The team of data scientists supports the Full Stack engineer when the data content requires models, but the Full Stack engineer plays a major role in the definition of the architecture, data engineering, front-end design, and UX choices.

• Being in charge of deployment

• Contributing to the maintenance of the deployment servers, Azure environments, on-premise services, and data pipelines. (In most cases, the upstream part of the data pipelines is supported by other IT entities, as are servers and hardware).

• When required, accompanying the data scientist(s) in the prototyping of solutions (Dash-based, or TS/Angular, ReactJS), providing fully or in part the front-end, and the deployment support, and being accountable for the global architecture of the would-be solution.

• Developing from scratch minimum viable products, generally based on the results of data exploration from the team.

Their talent in architecture, UX, and design of good looking and modern interfaces will be critical for the selection and will contribute to the success of the projects.

You will report and work with the Digital Coordinator for Drilling and Wells (product owner of most of the planned projects, and product owner of the legacy projects), and will benefit from the support of an experienced team of data engineers and data scientists, involved in similar activities for different domains (production, environment, performance). You will collaborate with local data management teams, performance and business intelligence teams, and the IT digital delivery team, and course with subject matter experts in the domain of D&W.

Once onboarded, you will enjoy a large autonomy and area of responsibility on the products they manage and maintain.

Intrapreneurship mindset is what makes the experience in TEPDK’s digital teams unique.
