Context & Environment

Directly integrated into the Management Control team of TotalEnergies Exploration & Production in the Republic of the Congo, you will contribute to the production of reliable financial analyses, cost monitoring, and the management of Joint Venture partner activities.

Activities

Main Responsibilities

  • Collect monthly data from the various Joint Ventures.
  • Consolidate the financial results of the monitored assets.
  • Prepare summary reports and management reporting documents.
  • Analyze financial data and performance variances.
  • Contribute to the preparation of management control analyses.
  • Manage partner invoicing processes.
  • Monitor partner accounts and related transactions.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of financial data.

Candidate Profile

  • Master's degree (minimum five years of higher education) from a business school, engineering school, or university, with a specialization in Accounting, Management Control, or Finance.
  • Initial experience in Management Control / Financial Controlling.
  • Strong knowledge of Accounting, including OPEX, CAPEX, and operating expenses.

You are proficient in the following tools:

  • Excel: Advanced level
  • SAP FI/CO: Intermediate level

Knowledge of Power BI and Web Intelligence (WebI) would be considered an asset.

A minimum C1 level in French is required.

A minimum B2 level in English is also required.
