Reporting directly to the Compliance Officer, the mission of the Compliance Correspondent is to implement, within the entity TotalEnergies EP Italia, the "Compliance Program" of TotalEnergies Company. 

Your missions will be as follows: 

• Assist Compliance Officer for implementing and communicating the entity’s compliance program 
• Assist in preparation and communication of internal events linked to Compliance: these can be in the form of trainings, webinars, awareness sessions
• Execute third party due diligence when required by internal processes 
• Follow up and prepare entity statistics regarding Conflict Of Interest mandatory declarations, and for mandatory compliance trainings
• Assistance and follow-up with concerned departments of Compliance Audit recommendations 
• Keep updated of compliance news and procedures updates from HQ 
• Ensure internal procedures remain in line and updated

Expected qualifications:

•  Master's degree in Law

Technical skills:

• Rigorous, autonomous, integrity
• Good communication and coordination skills
• A previous exprience on a compliance type function would be preferred

Computing skills:

• Knowledge of Pack Microsoft Office, including Word and PowerPoint

Languages:

• English: level C1
• French: level B2
• Italian would be a plus
