 TotalEnergies'Power Generation Europe division manages TotalEnergies'gas-fired power generation assets in Europe. It consists of a fleet of 7 combined cycle power plants located in France, Belgium and Spain with an unit capacity of 400 MW. The challenge of these gas power plants is to support the development of renewable energy sources while maintaining the availability of electricity in the absence of sun or wind.

The objective of these installations is to be 100% available on the power grid presenting a real challenge of industrial reliability. Are you ready to be an actor of this challenge? 


 We are looking for a Business Coordinator for the power plant located in Marchienne-au-Pont in Belgium. The teams are made up of 3 main departments: Operations, Maintenance and HSE. You will report directly to the Maintenance Department Manager.


 You mains tasks will be :

  • Ensuring the management and delivery of new and modernization works, respecting established schedules, budgets, and annual objectives.
  • Developing and updating a detailed workload schedule, analyzing the plant's needs, planning necessary resources, and coordinating work phases. 
  • Collaborating with maintenance, HSE, and production teams to minimize the impact of the work on the plant's availability.
  • Monitoring project progress, adjusting schedules, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Budget management, with rigorous monitoring of expenses and cost optimization, will be essential. You will anticipate financial risks and propose solutions to avoid budget overruns.
  • Finally, you will ensure the satisfaction of annual objectives, participate in project follow-up meetings, and present detailed reports, including recommendations to improve the efficiency of future interventions




Candidate Profile

Expected qualifications:


  • General or mechanical engineering degree 


 Technical & soft skills:


  • Understanding of industrial equipment
  • Analysis and technical synthesis skills
  • Good knowledge of site management and supervision
  • Knowledge of risk assessment tools
  • Ability to organize and structure multi-trade activities


 Computing skills:


  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel)

 

Languages:


  • English: level C1 - Very good knowledge of technical English (mainly reading)
  • French: level C1
