Contribute to the Transformation of Sales and Back-Office Activities at TotalEnergies Power & Gas Belgium

Join a mission at the heart of a strategic transformation program led by TotalEnergies Power & Gas Belgium.

Within the Delivery & Transformation team, you will support business teams as part of the deployment of the Kraken program, a major transformation initiative aimed at modernizing operational processes and information systems across several European subsidiaries of the Group. 

In this context, you will work on a variety of topics related to Business Analysis, process improvement, stakeholder coordination, and change management. 

You will operate in a dynamic and cross-functional environment, interacting with Back-Office, Customer Care, Sales, IT teams, and various business functions across the organization. This assignment will allow you to develop recognized expertise in business analysis, project management, organizational transformation, and process optimization.  


Main Responsibilities

During your assignment, you will support business and project teams in identifying, analyzing, and implementing business requirements related to the transformation of the organization. 

  • Gather and analyze business requirements: you will work closely with various stakeholders to understand, document, and structure their business needs. 
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications: you will help transform business requirements into clear, consistent, and prioritized functional specifications for IT teams. 
  • Analyze and optimize processes: you will conduct process, organizational, and performance analyses to identify opportunities for improvement and transformation. You will contribute to defining solutions aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and service quality.  
  • Coordinate testing and implementation phases: you will contribute to organizing and monitoring user acceptance testing campaigns, documenting results, and tracking corrective actions to ensure successful production releases.  
  • Contribute to cross-functional and regulatory projects: you may work on a variety of topics requiring business and operational impact analysis, particularly in the context of regulatory changes or process evolutions.

Candidate Profile

Your Profile

Education

Master’s degree from a Business School or Engineering School, with a specialization in Business Analysis or Project Management and a strong interest in organizational transformation challenges.  

Technical Knowledge

  • A first experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Continuous Improvement is required.  
  • Strong analytical, synthesis, and information structuring skills.

IT Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of SQL for data analysis and extraction


Languages

  • French: C1 level.
  • English: B2 level.
