Your profile

You are creative, known for quality of work, and attention to detail, combined with a personal drive and can-do attitude. You have a structured approach to your tasks and good project planning, event management and administrative skills. Moreover, you have a strong desire to learn, develop and thrive on being challenged. We are looking for a strong team player with the ability to build relationships and work constructively with others to achieve business goals.

 

  • You are currently studying at BSc or MSc level with a minimum of 2 years left before your graduation
  • Your field of study has a connection to business communication, journalism or marketing
  • Experience in social media and Office 365 (i.e. PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint, Yammer, Forms) is beneficial
  • You are fluent in English, both spoken and written

Activities

You will be involved in the everyday life of our Denmark Communications team helping to execute various tasks and projects with various stakeholders.

 

Your working hours will be approximately 15-20 per week, with great flexibility in planning your time especially around your exam periods. You will be part of our internal student network engaging with other student assistants to boost personal and professional development and attend social events.

 

Your key responsibilities

As Student Assistant you will assist our Communications & CSR team in delivering an ambitious and busy communication agenda supporting all TotalEnergies’ business activities in the Danish energy sector. 


 
You will be reporting to our Communications Partner and support across a wide set of activities:  

 

  • Internal and external communications projects and activities, including campaigns and events
  • Content creation for internal channels
  • Sponsorships and brand merchandise
  • Video and photo projects
  • Finance support (invoicing and budgets)
  • Team meetings and activities 
  • Media monitoring and Social Media content

 

Our Communications department counts 14 dedicated employees working from our Danish sites. The department is internationally diverse with six different nationalities, and we provide a healthy and flexible working environment.

 

Your new workplace is our Copenhagen office at Amerika Plads 29, 2100 København Ø. With a direct view of Øresund, our modern office facilities are just a stone’s throw from the Harbour Bath and a 10-minute walk from Nordhavn station.
