We are seeking a proactive and analytical Senior Planning Analyst to join our dynamic team at TotalEnergies EP Malaysia. This role is pivotal in driving long-term planning, performance monitoring, and strategic alignment across our upstream operations.

Activities

Your Impact

As a key member of the Planning team, you will:

  • Coordinate TotalEnergies’ Long-Term Planning (LTP) and PETRONAS’ Annual Work Programme & Budget (WP&B).
  • Consolidate planning and portfolio inputs for management decision-making.
  • Monitor PSC performance and ensure alignment with TotalEnergies’ KPIs and PETRONAS’ Contractor’s Compliance Index.
  • Provide insights and variance analysis for performance metrics.
  • Liaise with technical, finance, and geoscience teams to ensure cohesive planning and reporting.
  • Support internal and external exercises, including reserves reporting and performance reviews (e.g., SOCM).
  • Continuously improve planning tools and processes, primarily using Excel.
