Saft is deploying and further developing its Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) platform to enhance procurement process performance, strengthen collaboration with suppliers, and support the digitalization of Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay activities. In this context, we are looking for an SRM Project Manager & Corporate IT Buyer to drive the global implementation and continuous improvement of SRM modules, while also managing Corporate IT procurement activities.

Activities

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead SRM projects end-to-end, from business requirements gathering to solution deployment.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Procurement, IT, Quality, Finance, Compliance, and external partners) to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Gather and document business requirements, translating operational needs into effective solutions.
  • Work closely with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of new modules with existing processes, SRM tools, and ERP systems.
  • Manage testing phases and support production deployments.
  • Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and functional support.
  • Promote continuous improvement by overseeing tool enhancements and monitoring performance indicators.
  • Manage Corporate IT procurement activities, including tender processes, supplier negotiations, contract management, and cost optimization.

Candidate Profile

Academic Background:

Master’s degree (Bachelor’s +5 years) from an Engineering School, Business School, or equivalent university qualification.


Preferred Experience:

  • Minimum of 6 years of project management experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Digital Transformation, or Business Information Systems.
  • Experience in an international environment would be an advantage.


Required Skills:

  • Good knowledge of Procurement, SRM (Supplier Relationship Management), Source-to-Contract, and Procure-to-Pay processes.
  • Proven project management skills in cross-functional and international environments.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Strong interest in digital tools, data, and continuous process improvement.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Autonomous, detail-oriented, analytical, and able to thrive in a multicultural environment.
