Context & Environment

·    Maintain full compliance with TTE’s procedures and alignment on its interests and long-term vision.

·    Represent TEPBR towards outside Partners and Business Organizations, always in alignment and respecting TTE’s values and strategy.

·    As a member of the R&T Leadership Team, take part in decisions concerning the strategy of the Direction, for TTE’s best interests.

Activities

As a R&T Pilot Project Engineer, employee shall perform his/her activities in compliance with the HSE Management System, aligned with One Maestro Principles and oriented to safeguard the integrity of people, bearing in mind to preserve the environment and resources by contributing to improve our energy efficiency and decarbonization of Company’s assets and reputation.


·    Provide support to full direction to facilitate, plan, coordinate and resources control for complex R&D pilot projects from concept to deployment as well as risk management.

·    Participate in contract negotiations ensuring that contracts are signed on due time.

·    Manage project budget, schedule, resources and procurement activities.

·    Monitor technical progress, ensuring delivery of reports, prototypes, tests, TRL advancement.

·    Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, maintaining compliance with internal governance processes.

·    Prepare and present technical/managerial reports for internal/external stakeholders representing TotalEnergies – including decision committees.

·    Engage and manage R&D partnerships with Research Institutes, Service Companies and O&G/Energy Companies.

·    Support technology scouting, benchmarking and validation gates for new ideas.

·    Promote innovation culture and contribute to continuous improvement of R&D processes.

·    Ensure the good quality and submission on time of the ANP documentation (as per ANP Regulation), i.e: merit consultation, pre-approval process, start of project and close-out.

·    Deliver high-quality reporting: R&D reports, Monthly Highlights, MoM, Conference’s summaries, work proposal and plans.


Accountabilities:

·    Maintain full compliance with TTE’s procedures and alignment on its interests and long-term vision.

·    Guarantee project execution as validated by R&D Director and main stakeholders.

·    Maintain project compliance with ANP R&D regulation.

Candidate Profile

·    Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering. 

·    Professional experience required: 5 years of experience in E&P, with experience in EPCI projects and project management areas (as planning, cost, risks and contract).

·    Experience with ANP R&D regulation.

·    Portuguese and English language skills are mandatory / French is a plus. 

·    Alignment with the Values of the Company.
