Activities

  • Participates in implementing the organization's procurement strategy within the assigned scope. Effectively follows up and updates the purchasing plan with the business.
  • Develops and implements sourcing strategies within the assigned scope. This involves researching and identifying qualified suppliers, evaluating their capabilities and proposals, and choosing the best partners to meet business needs.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams and works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals. Serves as a key collaborator within the procurement problem-solving process, partnering with various stakeholders to identify, analyze, and implement solutions for challenges affecting the acquisition of goods and services.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures for creating, maintaining, and updating   master data.
  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness by performing regular data quality checks and resolving discrepancies.
  • Review and approve new master data requests and changes to existing  information, adhering to company policies and regulations. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure data consistency and address any data-related issues.
  • Research and recommend innovative solutions to improve  master data management processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, resolving any data-related issues.
  • Analyze master data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on  master data quality and performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain a strong Active and Potential suppliers list .
  • Prepare reports and presentations on procurement activities and trends.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for the procurement function.
  • Develop and analyze procurement data and metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and guidance to  business focal points on master data  principles and procurement procedures.
  • Maintains an understanding of the supply market and identifies potential risks and opportunities to enable the business to meet current and prospective business challenges.
  • Maintain full compliance with procurement policies, procedures, regulations , controls, Total's established strategies, and local laws.
  • Adhere to HSE policies, standards, and requirements, ensuring compliance with all key HSSE aspects of procurement.
  • Implement audit action plan within the assigned scope .
  • Perform other Procurement  duties as assigned.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in   finance, Information Technology, or a related field 
  •  5 years of experience in  Purchasing and Procurement  or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of data quality principles and best practices
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving  and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Proficient in :
    1. Microsoft Office  :Word,  Advanced Excel, PowerPoint . 
    2. Power PI 
    3. SAP
