Activities

Join Our Dynamic Team as Power Transformation Manager at TotalEnergies! This role unifies Renewables, FPI, and Trading Power under one integrated strategy for growth, acting as both a strategic enabler and a hands‑on problem solver.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Steer and coordinate a pipeline of projects that drive the GRP Power US transformation, leveraging the program management cockpit to monitor progress and allocate resources. 
  • Support seamless integration for BU initiatives, including potential acquisitions or reorganizations, by deploying structured approaches to change management, resource coordination, and performance tracking
  • Propose solutions, guide team leads, and facilitate alignment where necessary, serving as a driver of progress and enabler of business value. 
  • Provide clear, concise updates to senior stakeholders, refining project methods based on continuous feedback and lessons learned to maintain alignment with GRP’s overall vision.

Candidate Profile

Education/Experience:

  • Master’s Degree or MBA (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in business or technical management with senior‑level exposure. 
  • Possesses relevant experience across the U.S. power market value chain—from renewable and flexible generation assets to long-term portfolio management and trading—and the organizational capability to interpret program cockpit metrics, enabling data-driven and strategic decision-making. 

Skills:

  • Exhibits a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to build consensus and maintain momentum in complex projects.
  • Demonstrates a successful record of leading multi‑stakeholder programs, preferably in the energy or trading sectors, with both strategic and hands‑on execution skills. 
  • Shows strong communication, influencing, and facilitation capabilities suited to matrixed environments and cross‑functional teams.
