Activities

  • Manages the entry, monthly consolidation, and verification of attendance and absence data, taking into account contractual specificities and company agreements, ensuring accurate transfer to payroll.
  • Ensures the monthly payroll process for the assigned LBU, handling the collection and transmission of variable and personal data to the external provider, verifying the accuracy of the outputs and meeting payment deadlines.
  • Oversees the processing and verification of annual statutory declarations (CU, 770, INAIL) prepared by the external provider.
  • Verifies proper archiving of employee data in full compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Provides employees with accurate information on all matters related to compensation and general administrative issues.
  • Uses the Zucchetti Paghe Infinity platform proficiently.
  • Collaborates with the Finance and Treasury departments to ensure the accurate accounting of salaries for the assigned LBU, through regular and timely activities.

Candidate Profile

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Payroll Specialist.
  • In-depth knowledge of the National Collective Labour Agreements (CCNL) for Commerce, Metalworking Industry, and Executives.
  • Strong expertise in payroll processes and personnel accounting.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong sense of confidentiality and reliability.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
