Is performed in a generally clean and healthy environment.

• Requires constant use of telephone and computer, while at the office long sitting hours can be expected.
•  Requires to perform field visits to service stations across Puerto Rico, laboratory, outside storage area.
• Responsible for the transfer of equipment (this equipment might be heavy) and related items of projects in course.
• High pressure, changing environment that requires incumbent to support tasks as expected, constant external and internal interfaces. 
• Occasionally may travel outside PR can be required for training and/or special projects assignments.
• The following physical demands are required: significant fine finger dexterity (computer work).  Some lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling; some stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling.

 To support our Network department operations while performing the job activities, the Network New Energies Coordinator & SFS Technical Support will be working in an environment that:

 PV systems / EV Chargers:

• Serve as liaison between the network team and dealers to ensure contracts/consents are signed for project execution.
• Serve as liaison with Technical Services area for the coordination of all the related activities for the timely execution of projects.
• Responsible for the monitoring and reporting of project progress as per the established timeline.
• Monitor PV system performance as required by the Company.
• Responsible for the monthly billing process of Network Dealers ensuring timely processing.
• Assure all marketing tools or strategies are implemented on the projects.
• Manage associated budgets
• Report and communicate all business cases to senior management based on the established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Serve as a liaison in all issues related to breakdowns and maintenance issues - TS
• Become a referent in all tools and software related to projects 

 OASIS - One Ambition for Station Information System - Project Management 

• Responsible for managing all aspects of the implementation of this new tool (point of sale/back office/forecourt control) 
• Coordinate, participate, and follow up meetings from the project-related activities
• Follow up on open items with stakeholders to ensure targets are met as planned
• Gather all information required  for the project
• Act as liaison (SPOC) with stakeholders both internal and external
• Keep management informed of the project status and progress
• Monthly sales compilation and analysis 
  

Technical Support (Back office systems, E-Wallet / Other tools): 

• Assist in technical troubleshooting and monitor the overall performance of the tool.
•  Follow up troubleshooting through monthly KPIs .
• SPOC in the management of all technical issues through responsible parties.
• In charge of coordinating equipment and material installations - TS 

 OTHERS:

•  Support SFS activities

The requirements for this position are as follows:

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Computer Science.
  
•  3+ years of experience performing similar tasks.
•  Proven experience in project management, highly preferred. 
• Possess a valid driving license and vehicle. 
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
• Experience in operation or engineering fields is a plus.  
• Experience in the oil distribution industry is a plus.
• Proficient computer skills in MS Office, Outlook, SAP investment module. Will be using internal platforms such as Daisy, Veeder Root, Back office and point of sales systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure client relationship management.
