Context & Environment

As a Mechanical and Rotating Equipment Analyst, you will join the OneTech entity, a pillar of the company's transformation. Within the machinery team, you will be integrated into the Remote Assistance Intervention and Diagnostic service, responsible for the remote monitoring of TotalEnergies' machines worldwide.

You will be responsible for analyzing the various alerts issued by our monitoring tool, participating in the development of new functionalities and deploying new equipment in our monitoring tool.

You will interact with several sites or subsidiaries in Europe and around the world, as well as with various entities at the headquarters.

Activities

  • You will monitor daily alerts issued by the prediction tool when a deviation is detected.
  • You will ensure their analysis with the rest of the team and, if necessary, issue a recommendation to the sites.
  • You will contribute to the deployment of new equipment on the tool, the updating of the models used, and the improvement of detection methods.
  • You will participate in expertise and failure analysis at the sites or with suppliers.
  • You will carry out audit, inspection, or assistance missions.
  • You will participate in cross-functional studies on technologies applied to rotating machinery (gas turbines, steam turbines, compressors, pumps).
  • You will participate in digital developments around monitoring, performance, and energy efficiency.
  • You will stay constantly informed of the latest technological advances.
  • You will participate in the animation of technical networks within the company.
  • You will provide support during major scheduled shutdowns of the sites.

Candidate Profile

  • You have a degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent and a first experience, ideally in operations or maintenance.
  • You have a good knowledge of the oil industry and a strong interest in digital technology.
  • You have general knowledge of instrumentation, electricity and processes.
