Context & Environment

You will report to the Head of B2B department. 
Overall volume > 14 KT/y

Direct Management: No direct reports to manage. Provides continuous guidance and support to the OEM Managers and OEM team members of all the affiliates of TotalEnergies (more than 60 affiliates). 

Manages global business relationship with US OEMs: FORD, Navistar, DANA, GM and others… 

International scope dimension: 
- Global Key Account Manager for US OEMs or OEMs located in North America: Account development responsibility, piloting product range and managing negotiation and contract administration. 
- Ensure continuous prospection with US OEMs to identify potential business opportunities. 
- OEM business expansion within the territory as well as new markets. 
- Worldwide coordination of functional and operational divisions of TotalEnergies, customers and partners.

 The TOTALENERGIES LUB Inland B2B OEM's are global accounts operating on a worldwide scale. The existing influence, market share and position of US OEMs in this moving environment needs a dedicated resource to achieve our objectives with these customers. TotalEnergies strategies, standards and knowhow must be implemented to develop our relations and business with US OEM's producing globally. 

 You will contribute to the development of the B2B activities taking into consideration the roadmap and ambition of the group. 

 You are a challenger with strong negotiation skills. Working mostly remotely doesn't afraid you, you know how to organize yourself to achieve performances and keep motivation. You are not afraid to travel, have an extrovert personality to build new relationships with new customers as well as keeping existing Key Accounts partnership. You are a real team player, enthusiastic to bring your skills/talent to grow the business.

Activities

Within the TOTALENERGIES LUB Inland B2B division and under the authority of the Head of the department, the holder of the position is responsible and in charge of: 

• Global account management of: FORD, Navistar, DANA, GM and other potential US OEMs and 1-Tier suppliers. 
• Assume yearly budget process for US OEMs, including volume, turnover, GMVC, royalty fees calculation.
• Management of sales and rebrand of genuine oils or OEM dedicated formulations, of the responsible OEMs, to other customers. 
• Answer to RFQ, prepare commercial offers and negotiation in order to continue current business or achieve new business in first fill and/or after sales for both genuine and branded products. 
• Coordinate and provide support to all TotalEnergies affiliates regarding all relevant information and actions required to develop their business with US OEMs. 
• Being in close cooperation with TIP (Product engineers’ team) to follow new market trends and needs in terms of R&D and cost optimization. 
• Identify business opportunities with US OEMs able to expand internationally. 
• Coordinate and support all necessary actions regarding localization of productions for central negotiated businesses with US OEMs. 
• Managing all OEMs quality and process requests with the central HSEQ department and responsible contacts at the TotalEnergies affiliates. 
• Actively participate to the TE Lubricants quality policy especially respecting IATF 16949 rules. 
• Provide and build accurate reporting to closely monitor the accounts performance. 
• Proactively prospect and develop EV business with the existing OEM accounts as well as new accounts in coordination with Global EV Key Account Manager as well as EV TIP team.

Candidate Profile

o Master degree in Business or Engineering.

o High negotiating skills and ability to deal with Key Accounts. 
o Team working attitude to work efficiently in a matrix organization. 
o Resist to pressure. 
o English as native language  
o Minimum 10 years of professional background within the industry, experience with OEMs industry. 
o Ability to work in a standalone, remote location.
