Activities

- Manage and optimize truck utilization and deliveries to ensure accurate transport costs.
- Monitor number of trips and improve truck utilization and customer service levels.
- Prepare dispatch schedules and delivery priorities.
- Communicate plans to depots, warehouses, and transporters.
- Prepare and close monthly peddling stock reports.
- Support Post Goods Issue
- Ensure coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate delivery delays, schedule changes, and estimated delivery times.
- Coordinate with Customer Service, depots, and transporters to ensure on-time delivery.
- Review and update dispatch and delivery documentation.
- Work on shift rotation to support 24/7 operations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Candidate Profile
-
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in transport or logistics operations.
- Understanding of logistics processes and SAP.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Problem-solving and proactive mindset.
- Computer literacy.
- Good command of Khmer and English.
