Activities

  • Assist Compliance Officer for implementing and communicating the entity’s compliance program.
  • Ensure third party due diligence is performed by all departments as per company procedure. Support Compliance Officer in the verification of the due diligence before validation. Ensure Company due diligence tools are used and archiving is done.
  • Assist in preparation and communication of internal events linked to Compliance: business ethics day, webinars, townhall presentations.
  • Prepare and deliver with Compliance Officer internal compliance trainings.
  • Follow up and prepare entity statistics for the Anti-Corruption and Anti-Fraud reportings.
  • Provide support to the accounting team in preparing the yearly Anti-Corruption accounting controls.
  • Assistance and follow-up with concerned departments of Compliance Audit recommendations.
  • Keep updated of compliance news and procedures updates from HQ. Ensure internal procedures remain in line and updated.
  • Support Compliance Officer in the yearly Conflict of Interest declaration campaign.
  • Support Compliance Officer on integrity alerts investigations.
  • Ad-hoc support on Finance audits and JV audit questions.
