Context & Environment

Created in January 2017, TGP missions are “One single voice to supplier”, leveraging the procurement on volumes and improving the services provided by HQ to affiliates in terms of procurement.

The TGP/PJE/AP entity is ensuring the performance of the overall operational link between TGP and the projects and is key in the performance of TGP/PJE.

Activities

As Lead of the contract and claim engineers team, he or she oversees the management of the following activities :

- Coordination and development of the contract engineers team.

- Being the reference for Projects contract engineering and claim management.

- Support to projects for:

  • Contract Engineering,
  • Contracts Administration,
  • Prevention of claim and awareness,
  • Projects reviews and cold eyes,
  • Claim exposure management and counterclaim.

- Methods/tools related to Contract engineering and Claims management:

  • Developing and implementing dedicated roadmaps,
  • Defining and developing the method documents & tools,
  • Controlling in coordination with JUR the templates,
  • Defined innovation and improvements actions.

- Coordination with key stakeholders/interlocutors management as: TGP/JUR, Categories, PJC, CLs, Business…etc

- Coordination with Trainers for some training sessions dedicated to contract within Projects (as ICOP for instance).

- Contribute to AP tools, dashboards, reports…Etc Propose improvements and simplification to enhance performance of the team.

Consolidate / manage continuously Contracts REX/Lessons Learnt. Ensuring that REX are used, shared and archived.

Candidate Profile

What we are looking for:

  • You have 15 years of professional experience in contract and international project management, preferably in the energy sector.
  • You have experience in claim management and counterclaim deployment.
  • You possess expertise in contract understanding, including tendering, execution, and close-out phases.
  • Very good understanding of civil and common law legal systems.
  • You are fluent in English.
