• Monitor the achievement of the sales objectives of lubricants and Car care at each distributor and apply actions to achieve them.
• Permanent contact with our partners and a weekly monitoring of the distributor's activity.
• Ensures that assigned sales targets of the retail team are met and collection performance monitored.
• Regularly analyses sales of various products, pack wise / product wise to be in line with the market requirement & set targets.
• Provide a detailed on all prospected, strategic, and profitable distributors.
• Study and analyze competitive market.
• Provide updates on the Competitor activities on a regular basis additionally market shares and strategies.
• Ensure respect and implementation of HSEQ policy within the team.
• Promote the anti-corruption as well as business ethics requirements within the team.
• Implement & monitor a training and animation sessions to the employees.
• Building value selling skills within the sales force, and provide the coaching and tools required.
• Quality of the brand, and visual standards of the service in the point of sales.
• Respect the safety, security, and hygiene rules.
• Monthly monitoring the financial state of distributors.
• Monthly monitoring the cash collection in order to reach the target of DOS and collection.
• Closely monitor/review the performance of the Sales Team by conducting periodic reviews and taking necessary corrective actions.
• Conduct regular market visits with the team.
• Manage the distributors and partners.
• Manage his team. (Sales Managers)
• Implement Health, Safety, Environment and Quality policies at all times.
