Activities

The scope of activity of B2B Sales Manager consists of the deployment of the company sales strategies and objectives, mainly in regard of:

  1. Responsible for Entire Sales objectives at his/her regional level              
  2. Works along with the sales team and support them to get the new business within Direct B2B customers at all regions.
  3. Managing the existing portfolio of customers and ensure high level of satisfaction and professionalism. 
  4. Develops brand awareness/presence, product mix and improve market share
  5. Ensure proper control on the sales receivable and timely collection
  6. Meet volume, Sales and gross margin targets at a lower operational cost
  7. Carries out periodic market analysis about growth, new opportunities, competitor activities, threats to the business and reports these back to the line manager.

Candidate Profile

  1. Education:: Bachelor’s degree in preferably in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial) or Business
  2. Experience: 6-8  years’ experience in Lubricants industry/Sales field
  3. Skills/Attribute:
    • Leadership, motivation, and coaching skills are a must and Highly self-motivated and results oriented 
    • High level of selling, negotiation and relationship building skills 
    • Able to communicate and present well with all levels in an organization 

Language Skills: English (Fluent), Arabic(Good
